Returns & Refund Policy

To protect the legitimate rights and interests of our learners, while considering the special nature of software-based and digital learning products, KAKA PASS HSK has established the following refund policy. Please read carefully before purchasing any course.

1. Scope of Application

This refund policy applies to all courses purchased through the KAKA PASS HSK platform, including but not limited to:

Premium Courses (30-day, 90-day, and 180-day programs)
Basic Courses (Vocabulary Course, Grammar Course, and Special Training Course)

2. Refund Rules

(1) Premium Courses (30-day, 90-day, and 180-day Programs)

Learners may request a full refund within 7 calendar days (including the 7th day) from the date of purchase if they are not satisfied with the course.
After the 7-day period has passed, refunds will no longer be accepted, as premium courses are digital products that can be fully accessed and utilized immediately upon purchase.

(2) Basic Courses (Vocabulary, Grammar, and Special Training)

Learners may request a full refund within 3 calendar days (including the 3rd day) from the date of purchase.
After the 3-day period, refunds will not be provided, due to the digital and consumable nature of these learning resources.

3. Refund Application Process

Refund requests must be submitted through the official customer service channel, along with valid proof of purchase (such as transaction details or order ID).
Once the request is verified and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and returned via the original payment method.
The processing time may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

4. Special Notes

Accessing, downloading, or using course content during the refundable period does not affect your right to request a refund within the applicable time frame.
Repeated purchases followed by refund requests, or any other malicious refund behavior, may result in refusal of refund, account suspension, or other necessary measures by the platform.
KAKA PASS HSK reserves the right of final interpretation of this refund policy and may update the terms when necessary.
